What is Glutathione Reduced Powder?

 

Glutathione Reduced Powder, commonly known as L-Glutathione (GSH), is the biologically active and most stable form of glutathione that is used for different industrial and nutritional purposes. It is a tripeptide consisting of three amino acids: glutamic acid, cysteine, and glycine, which is naturally present in most of the cells in our body and plays an important role in redox homeostasis. Working Mechanism

 

The main mechanism of Glutathione Powder is the redox reaction at the molecular level, which plays an important role as a main intracellular reductant and antioxidant system in biochemical and industrial systems. Process

 

1. Strain Selection and Inoculum Preparation

The seed culture is initially propagated in a sterile nutrient medium to produce an active inoculum for large-scale fermentation.

2. Fermentation

The fermentation is carried out under controlled temperature, pH, and aeration conditions to maximize the biosynthesis inside the yeast cells. 3. Cell Harvesting and Disruption

4. Extraction and Purification
