What is Ginseng Extract Bulk?
Ginseng Extract Bulk is constituted to be large-scale, concentrated in powdered or granulated form that are standardized in their level of ginsenosides, its main active compounds, and formulated for commercial manufacturing. This bulk extract is obtained based on the root and is usually extracted using water/ethyl alcohol, then spray dried to maintain its potency, stability, and bioactive properties. Its documented support for vitality, cognitive performance, and wellness makes it widely used in the manufacturing of dietary supplements, functional foods, energy products, and personal care formulations. B2B buyers appreciate the stable quality and flexible specifications, as well as its compatibility with different formulation forms: capsules, tablets, beverages, as well as cosmetics base. Carefully tested for contamination and standardized in line with the global quality standards, it is a reliable and scalable ingredient option to health-focused product lines in global markets.

Process
1. Raw Material Selection and Cleaning
Quality mature Panax ginseng roots are picked and cleaned properly to wash off soil, debris, and impurities to be pure at source.
2. Drying and Pulverization
The roots are air dried, oven dried after keeping under controlled conditions, before being finely milled to a powder to increase the surface area in order to facilitate efficient extraction.
3. Solvent Extraction
The powdered ginseng is soaked and extracted in either water, ethanol, or a water-ethanol ratio under different temperatures and periods, depending on the temperature at which each compound will dissolve in water to purify the desired active components, mainly ginsenosides.
4. Filtration
The extract solution undergoes fine filtration systems to remove insoluble plant residues and particulates, giving a clean liquid extract.
5. Concentration
The filtered solution is vacuum evaporated at reduced pressure to remove excess solvent and increase the content of ginsenosides, and to obtain a dense extract.
6. Spray Drying or Vacuum Drying
Depending on the specifications of the product, the concentrated liquid is dried to powder form by spray drying (for speed & efficiency) or vacuum drying (for thermal sensitivity).
7. Standardization
Dried Ginseng Extract is tested and adjusted to obtain the desired ginsenoside content (for instance, 10%, 20%, 80%, etc) for batch-to-batch consistency.
8. Sieving and Packaging
The final product is then sieved to get a uniform particle shape, packaged in food-grade packaging that is moisture-proof for bulk supply.

Storage
1. Store in a Cool, Dry Place
Store product in a temperature-controlled environment, preferably at temperatures under 25 0C (77 0F), away from heat sources and humidity to avoid active compound degradation.
2. Avoid Direct Sunlight
Store sealed packaging in a shaded area to avoid UV exposure, to breaks down ginsenosides and the potency of products.
3. Keep Packaging Intact and Sealed
Don't unpack the original packaging unless you have to. If opened, seal tightly or if using a single-use portion, transfer the extract to an airtight food-grade container to protect from air and moisture.
4. Control Humidity Levels
Keep relative humidity under 60% in the storage area. In case of excess moisture, extracts may clump, or microorganisms may grow even if the extract is dry.
5. Use in FIFO Order
Follow a "first-in, first-out" (FIFO) system, so older batches are consumed first and fresher and better quality over time are provided.
6. Avoid Contamination
Keep away from chemicals, extreme odors, or volatile items that may contaminate the purity of the Asian Ginseng Extract or create contamination during handling.
7. Label and Track Inventory
Identify all containers using batch numbers and date of expiry demarcation, and trace inventory accordingly.
